1. Question packs and credits
Question credits are delivered to your account the moment your payment succeeds, and are not refundable. Purchased credits never expire, so an unused credit is always yours to use whenever you like.
If you were charged but the credits did not appear in your account, contact us and we will add them or refund the payment in full, whichever you prefer.
2. Premium reports and matchmaking
Because reports are personalized digital goods generated specifically for your birth details, they are non-refundable once generation has completed and the report is available to you.
If a report fails to generate, or is materially defective (wrong inputs on our side, corrupted file), we will regenerate it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.
3. No subscriptions, no recurring charges
AstroClap sells single purchases only. There is no subscription, no plan and no auto-renewal, so nothing is ever charged to you again unless you buy something again.
The price shown is the price charged. Nothing is added at checkout.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@astroclap.com from your registered address with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
