1. The service
AstroClap provides Vedic astrology charts, calculations and interpretive guidance for reflection, planning and cultural or spiritual interest.
Astrological guidance is not a substitute for professional advice. AstroClap does not provide medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice, and does not guarantee any life outcome, event or result. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or use AstroClap with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian where local law allows.
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account; we provide session management tools in Settings so you can review and revoke devices.
Provide accurate birth information. Calculations are only as good as their inputs.
3. Purchases and credits
Some features (question packs, premium reports, matchmaking) are paid. Prices are shown before purchase and processed by our payment partners; we never store your card details.
Question credits and entitlements are personal to your account and non-transferable. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
4. Fair use
Do not attempt to breach security, scrape data, abuse promotional credits, reverse-engineer paid content, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Intellectual property
The AstroClap software, brand, content and generated reports are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Your personal data remains yours. Reports you purchase are for your personal, non-commercial use.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroClap is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
